took my svt on my first road trip with it

I gotta say, I was very surprised how nice it was for a 9 hour drive both ways! I got 34 mpgs, All my guitar equipment and my huge amp and my suitcase fit with out even taking up all the room.(trip was to visit my friend who I'm in a band with) I was comfortable the whole time and didnt get cramped! and I dont even have the recaros! All the and fun to drive! that's really good for a car that sold for $18000 new!

Sweet!
It is a great little road trip car (that can haul a s-load of gear), isn't it?

And...where did you go?
Pics?

I went to Twin Falls to visit an old friend. I could post pics when I upload them to my computer but they're all of random stuff on the trip, none of my car

^^ LOL ^^

It does feel great to take the SVT out for a long cruise. It is a very comfortable ride despite being a 4 Banging Hatch.

That's why focuses around the world get such praise, because they are fun when you need it and also comfortable for daily use.

it was way to messy from the highway drive and it rained the first couple of days. I had to wash it twice when I got home

If things go the right way, i'll be driving clear across the nation in my new (to me) SVT. about 1800 miles. Should take me 2 days, but i'm sure i'll have a smile on my face the entire time!
