Exclamation Put a CAI on Got a check engine light on

i just put a CAI on my SVT and now i have a check engine light. ive taken off the battery and reset the ECU. but the problem is still there. I did not have a light before i switched. need some help on gettin the light off!

After removing the battery cable does the light come right back on? If so you have a hard fault problem. If it takes some driving to come on then its something that is not in spec as far as fuel trims or something to that nature. Have you double checked you got the MAF plugged in all the way?

My bet would be that the oil from the filter got your MAF dirty. Clean that puppy with some MAF cleaner, clear the code and I am betting that fixes the problem.
