I don’t think you will make 200 whp without going FI. I think the best you can do NA is 160 whp on the very very high side.

Try punctuation, that's a 10 whp boost.

So the question is, what does Europe have that the US doesn’t? I find it hard to believe that nobody in the US (that I have heard of) has made anywhere close to 200 whp NA. It cant just be just a cost factor stopping people in the US from reaching 200 whp, unless its like 10 grand to do it.

the fact it requires head work shies people away from doing it over here. For the money spent on building the head (p&p, bigger valves, 3 angle, cc work, etc), if you don't do the work yourself, could be spent on buying a jrsc and your there plus some lol.

So people in Europe have more money to spend on their cars to build NA power?? What, like they can’t have aftermarket boost over there or something?? This just doesn’t make sense to me.

Those UK guys use a set of Cat Cams, Zetec Head gasket, a bit of headwork and good tuning and you are easy at the 200 whp mark.

I bet the Ford Racing Intake Manifold and 70mm Throttle body would be pretty sweet to add to the mix. All lots of money.

Don't know why we don't see it around here.
I guess Europe loves their cars more than we do.
