I dont think the TB is your problem. I could be wrong though. It is common for some SVT's to stall when coming to a stop. You should check a lot of your grounds and make sure they are very clean and tight. Does your battery have any corrosion by the terminals?

Mine used to stall out a a lot when I first put the turbo on. It's strange but when I put a new alternator in, the stalling out went away completely and I haven't had a problem since.

If you have the powerworks tb, I believe it uses the regular zetec mounting bracket and is known for causing problems

I also have a powerworks kit. I upgraded my alternator and got an optima battery. I have had no problems so far. The svt has crappy grounds. A good quality grounding kit might help you. Sport compact only has some good ones including their store brand which is good.
