replacing clutch and flywheel with steel, thoughts?

hey guys. i just recently purchased a new clutch and flywheel from turbo tom. in november i completed a svt motor and tranny swap and when i bought it it had 73,xxx miles on it. i was told it could use a new clutch and i didnt have the finances to do it at the time. well its finally going out on me. i bought a 6 puck clutch and a steel fly wheel from tom. i know i need to replace the flywheel bolts but i dont know what size bolts to put in it. i would like to go with the arp bolts. i thought they were 11mm bolts. if so would i be ok with the chevy pro bolts from jegs? now its not a monster its all stock for now. but i eventually plan on putting the bolt ons on. i guess what i am curious about is what do you guys think about the steel flywheel? from what i have found i will be the only one with a steel flywheel. tom told me the flywheel has to be used with this clutch. i will take his word since he is the focus god. i would like to get it tuned by him also sometime down the road. should i also replace the throw out bearing and slave cylinder? i have the dreaded clutch chatter and i think its still on the stock clutch/flywheel and it slips really bad under hard acceleration and even sometimes under just cruising.
