Funny Clutch ..... NEED HELP!

HI yes, i drive a 2003 svt focus with good work to the engine, also LSD, lightweight flywheel, and a stage 3 clutch from CM. my problem is when i first get into my car and start it up, as long as it's cold, my clutch slips like no other. I mean slippery as in can't push the gas down more than 25% with out RPM's rising out of control. the funny thing is though ... when everything gets heated up and engine temp is mid and oil temp is mid everything stops ... my clutch then starts to feels more heavy and it stops slipping! you can burn out, slam gears, everything you want. can anyone help me find a solution to my problem. i ask many people and they have gave me a couple ideas like "clutch is going out" haha is the only one, but it only does it when it's not warmed up. when i let it warm up though after about 6 shifts it will stop slipping!! please help .... THANKS!

Slave/throw out bearing?

Did you bleed out your clutch properly? Sounds like the hydraulic pressure isn't good enough until it warms up.
