Torque spec for lower engine mount

Does anyone have the spec for this? I've been searching, but can't seem to find it anywhere. I'm referring to the dog bone...

thanks in advance!

when I was undoing my stock mount I had a torque wrench on there. The factory bolt was on there so tight, I pulled down (toward the front of the car) so tight that my friend had to pull my legs... my entire 6'8" 215lb body was in the air trying to pull that bolt.... I was so surprised it didn't strip.

i installed this about a year ago, set the torque wrench to about 7o ft/lbs, but it never clicked... just kept turning a little bit so I stopped trying before I broke anything.

As for the search, I was searching for "torque, mount" and coming up with nothing, so that's why I put both of those terms in the thread title.

I believe the spec that I used came from the VF mount instructions.
