Ford Racing Short Throw Shifter

I am thinking of getting one, what are your guys' opinions on them? how much do they lower the position of the shifter, and the throw?
Thanks!

Here is the FC Race shifter, the Steeda(Ford Racing) STS, and the factory.
Notice the Steeda(FR) is longer down below the pivot ball.

I don't have a pic of the adjustable to compare to but my understanding is the top half is adjustable height. Not the bottom half.

i dont have a sts in my focus, but if i had to buy one, it would be the adjustable cfm shifter. check out www.centralfloridamotorsports.com. they have everything you need.
