Clutch advice

*Originally posted in Clutch Q&A*

Which clutch/flywheel is best suited for daily driving and the odd blast down the 1/4 mile?

Also how much of a p.i.t.a is it to change the clutch?

**Car is a 2002 SVT Focus**

I would agree with stage to is the most street friendly.

Stage 3 is too, but just a little more harsh. It depends on how smooth you like it and how often you go to the track. I almost never go to the track, but still need a strong clutch. I'm going with a stage 2

I'm thinking maybe 1-2 trips a month to the track. So maybe a Spec Stage 2+ clutch kit, and their steel flywheel would be best.

btw, focusguy87. How much for the SVT cat, and does it come with the flex pipe?
