Photos of Different Ride Height and Tire Sizes from this Past Year

I was looking through some old photos from this past year and I noticed quite a difference in the ride height on my SVT. When I first got ithe car it was slammed with eibach sport lines and smaller than stock size 215-40-17 tires. The ride was just way too harsh for me so I swapped the eibach springs out for a new set of SVT springs. After doing that I was happy with how it road, but the short 40 series tires looked like rubber bands and it also made the car look higher than it should. Next I swapped out the 40 series tires for stock size 45 series tires and it made it look like how a normal SVT should, but I still was quite happy with how it looked. I wanted to get rid of the "raked" look that all stock SVT's seen to have and I happened to have an extra set of stock SVT rear springs laying around. So, I cut a coil off from the top of the springs and replaced the spring isolators with a thinner piece of rubber. That was just enough to get the ride height perfectly level front and rear which I think makes a huge difference in the appearance of the car. It rides exactly the same and I could always swap back in the stock uncut springs if I ever wanted too, but that will probably never happen as I like the way it looks so much better. So, if anyone is looking to level out their ride height on the cheap there you go.

cool set of pics to give us an idea of others without doing 24398243 searches. We should get a thread going like this(i'm sure there's one on here already) of just pics of the car facing the same way you did and what package susp/wheels are on it.
My fav would have to be the worn svt cut spring. Not too much, juuuuuust right. baby bear style.
