You already have one cosworth helped develop the headers on the SVT.

true. but was wondering if theres like a stage2 or ones similar to the duratecs made headers.

JBA makes headers for the SVT but you don't gain much power on the top end, and you lose a ton of low end torque due to the loss of backpressure. Someone was just talking about it in this thread: SVT JBA Headers.

To answer your original question Cosworth does not offer any aftermarket headers for the SVT

its surprising they dont, u know ive seen a 02 zx3 with the zetec motor and "powered by cosworth" huge headers on it ... again thanks for the reply

Yeah it also sucks that a regular ZX3 can also get a cosworth intake manifold too.

I think the SVT might already have that intake mani..... I say that only because that was one of the SVT's changes on the motor becides the internal work.

The reason Cosworth doesn't make us a manifold is the DSI system. Although its flow could be better it provides good low end torque and its hard to erase the computer of this system.

Ah I see. But the thought went into thats is sweet its kinda like a 4barrel carb put into the intake mani well not really I guess. I think it opens up the short runners at just over 6000 rpms doen't it?
