I just installed those exact inserts in my car, what a difference. There is a little more vibration than I expected, but you only feel it a little bit at idle and when engaging first or reverse. Other than that it shifts like a different car, best 20$ Ive ever spent lol. I have the counterweight removed too which I would recommend with this.

Can ya give us a little "how-too" real quick when ya get a second?

Did ya burn them out? drill them out? press them out? (old bushings that is)
