To answer your question, the ORP is one of the better mods for your SVT that will actually produced some midrange torque. Combine that with Tom's tune (1turbofocus) and you'll be wondering why the car doesn't perform like this from the factory.

As far as the sound goes, the SVT will idle a little louder and tend to want to pop and backfire between shifts. If that's not suitable for you, Tom's tune will take all of that noise out once you install his program.

I love my ORP.

It has a touch of Rice Sounds here and there, but not to much. Plus with a tune it changes the tone of the exhaust even more and makes the car feel even better.

You will most definitely feel the difference. ... It's just the sound that bothers some. But if you still want the power and not the sound, get the HFC (high flow cat) good numbers not as loud.

Good luck in your choice.

mine sounded so ricey that i took it off. around 2200rpm and on the highway it seemed to resonate in the cab and drove me nuts. cold starts were pretty rough sounding too, but it does sound pretty mean around 6k

The orp is great. You will notice a difference in performance. Be sure to get a mil eliminator from CFM or whereever. That way you will not have a check engine light.

cold starts are a bit raspy, but once those pipes warm up it sounds great!
Tom's tune will not get rid of all the pops. but is recommended to get the most out of it as well as get rid of the the check engine light.

we have high compression, the pops are inevitable and something most enjoy.

the drone from 2200-2900 is something that requires loud speakers. if you have ever driven a mustang with flowmasters, you know what this sound is on the inside of the cabin.
