DSI ? need help!!!

ok so my svtf seems to have this stutter right around 5 to 6 rpms, amd i was told that maybe it could be something with the dsi, my bro also has an svtf and he said that he had something replaced on his that had something to do with the dsi but he doesnt know what cause it was under warrenty. but i went and looked at the clip and the cable looks and feels kinda loose. could it be the clip or is there something else causeing it?

^^^Yahtzee!

do a search for DSI CLIP and troubleshoot that issue.
if its not the CLIP, search for IMRC (Intake Manifold Runner Control)

these 2 searches will get you exactly where you need to be.

Hi,

I just bought a 04 ZX5 SVT last week and it had a stumble in it. I cleaned the MAF with the CRC MAF cleaner and installed a K&N drop in (it needed a filter) and its all good now.

Something else to look at if your DSI lever is still intact.

i don't a pic but its under the drivers side fender well, jack up the car and go to the back side of the shroud and push it forward you will see a 5x5 box with a cable coming out of it.

^^^that is one way. removing the driver's side headlight may be a bit easier for most. if you do this, you can get to it just as easy.
