Torque amount for installing new clutch

I will soon receive my new clutch set - Southbend clutch with Fidanza. And I'm getting install done in a non authorised Ford service which obviously won't have required torque numbers for my SVTf. And I guess new clutch set won't have detailed instructions with it. Is there any free repair manual that would give me exact numbers that I need when installing new clutch ar I have to buy one? And another question, will these torque amounts for stock clutch work for aftermarket clutch and flywheel?

I have also found some information on this site:
Revised dual mass flywheel and new flywheel retaining bolts. Torque bolts in sequence to 83 lb-ft (112 N-m).
Revised pressure plate and clutch disc, and new clutch pressure plate retaining bolts. Ensure the clutch disc is properly installed with "TRANS SIDE" label facing the pressure plate. Tighten pressure plate bolts two (2) turns at a time in sequence and torque to 21 lb-ft (29 N-m).
Install transaxle. Torque the transaxle bolts in sequence to 35 lb-ft (48 N-m) to ensure proper transaxle to engine block alignment.

Anyone?
Can I print this Luk installation guide and bring it to the mechanics who will install my new Southbend clutch? All opinions welcome!
