just run a t off any vacuum line that goes into the intake manifold, after the throttle body. you could do it off a brake booster line, or an fpr line...just make sure youre t-ing off on a line that goes after the throttle body

Sorry to bring up an old thread but, I have no idea of the location of the vacuum lines on the SVT/ST170.

Can someone post up a pic with labels if possible?

Thanks,
BJ

vac FTW! lol you know back in the day GM put vac's in caprices they were called economy gauges the more gas you gace the more the needle moved into the gulp gulp part of the dial lol. The less gas you gave it the less vac drawn and gas too. So a vac gauge can still be useful than just a pod filler.

That vac line you were talking about should work. just like he said you gotta cut that line then insert a T fitting so the top of the T is what bring thats line back together again and you put the nylon line that goes to the gauge on the bottom part of the T and run it to your gauge. Did you get a new gauge cuz I saw you already had one when we met. But if you had it hooked up for vac/boost you shouldnt need to move it at all unless it was in a vac line that was part of the jrsc set up because it will still show you vacuum.

Rep me all you like for that post! lol

But seriously I'd like a pic, because there are about 5 lines that run atop the manifold & fuel rail...
