Body shop giving me hell.

Long story short, my SVT was hit on the side and it's now being repaired. Last time I went to go look at my car I noticed that the front fascia seemed really loose and they said that they would try to tighten it up. called them today and they're saying that it's loose because the splash guards have been removed ( Hinting that I did it to get more air to my intake). I know this isn't the case since my front fascia never wiggled before and I think I would remember taking off splash guards( 3 of them. right, left, and center thay say).

Soo yeah I need help. I need proof that they're wrong. Do SVT's even come with splash guards?

Is there anybody local that could let me look under thier car or, even better, go by the shop with me and show them?

I'm almost 21 but I look like I'm 16 so like most people who don't know me, they're not taking me very seriously .

Please help me guys and gals - Matt

Could they be confusing my car with a PZEV? Don't they have splash guards?

Ok, dont be too worried about whos right and wrong. Ask them to show you why the front bumper is loose, and to point out what needs to be there in order for a proper fit. Thats the first step.

Front Facia is mounted by 3 screws on either side by the fender.
See Step six on this link.

The screws go into square fittings that probably are why this is loose.
Cheap and easy to fix
