So I just installed my AEM CAI...

So I just installed my AEM CAI this morning. When i took it on a testdrive i notice it chirps like a high pitched BOV when i first tap the gas and when the dsi kicks in from 4-5.5k rpm.

Im not sure if this is normal on our cars, i hope so cuz it sounds awesome.

Anyone else have tone or sound changes with their CAI installed?

Really should do a tune later if you plan on doing more mods

I think Tom will give you updates not sure how much though
Tune is the best $ spent performance wise

And the sound of the CAI is normal.

So is a lot of WOT to hear it.

I honestly almost like the sound of my car N/A+CAI than with the blower. It's just incredible. And yea, Tom will send you a flasher with tunes loaded on it. Not dyno tuned obviously but a vast improvement over stock.
