New Found Power

I just got my 04 svt back from the dealer on friday night. I had to have the flywheel, clutch plate, and something else (I can't remember) all replaced under warranty. Now my car is louder (intake and exhaust) and it accelerates alot stronger. Has anyone gotten their stock flywheel replaced and experienced anything like this?

I'm serious though. For some reason it's running louder then before I took it in. It's pulling stronger after 3000 rpm then before as well. Could the replacement of the flywheel be responsible??

DSI clip maybe? plus his clutch was probably slipping..
you shoud probably take it easy on the new clutch to let it break in and seat properly...

the only thing I added about 2 months ago was a k&n drop in filter. maybe it is just mental, the faster part. But I can honestly say it is louder. I know this because I'm avoiding loud(for now)

The only thing I can think of is with the clutch install, the battery may (should) have been disconnected.
You may just be feeling a new "reset" computer going through it's learning process.

It'll take about 500 or so miles to break in correctly.. I'd say wait at least until 1000 to really run it hard like dropping the clutch on hard launhes and whatnot...
