I recant all previous recommendations!!!! OMG!!

So, I have been having problems with the car running right within the last month. I call them RAV's. Random Acts of Violence with the motor. So I will be driving with no problems and then the engine will sputter and have spark and or fuel problems. It pops and backfires like crazy with major power loss. After about 10 seconds of that it will completely go back to normal. I have been throwing parts at it with injector, gas and fuel system cleaners and no luck. I replaced the coil to stock and wires. I put in new spark plugs and still no luck. I almost gave up and I went to FORD and sucked it up and got me a OEM O2 sensor to replace the Borcsh one that I bought being the last thing I would do before it went back to the mechanic. AND!!!!!!!!!!!! It runs perfect. WTF!!!! I hate O2 sensors now with a passion. I will never buy any more Borcsh products ever and I am very sorry that I recommended them as replacement parts. So moral of the story is............................DON'T BUY BORCSH!

oy delivering pizzas in the SVT? I did it in my zx3 and racked up like 50,000 miles over the course of 2 years. Delivering pizzas is hard on cars!

Yeah, okay. Bosch is the world most respected O2 sensor supplier. They invented it.

Edison invented the light bulb, but that doesn't mean companies have made more efficient light bulbs that work better with their own products. Plus with how touchy the SVT engine is I now recommend that you use OEM electronic sensor equipment.

unfortunately I have never had good experiences with Bosch especially their o2 sensors. In my o3 GTI 2 02 sensors lasted less than a week. I bought another manufactures for 1/4 the cost and 20,000 later no problems. Don't even get me started on airflow sensors or spark plugs. VW reliability problems=bosch.

This isnt new news. I have seen them give plenty of problems with the aftermarket ones. I dont really get it either. They make the factory ones. But for some reason, the ones you get from like Advance Auto or Auto Zone, give trouble.

Seems to me like the SVT takes more kindly to ford parts...motorcraft spark plugs are # 1 and I wouldn't doubt that the stock Ford O2 sensors work best with the car. it's just THAT GOOD...or bad..
