I hated my dealer and everyone else must have too, because they went out of business. I must say they did always clean my car for me though.

The only time I got good service was when I was back in MI.

Going from one Ford dealership to another, just a couple of blocks down the road, can mean a HUGE world of difference. I have two in the area I live, one in Norristown and one in Conshohocken. While they aren't literally down the street from each other, they're fairly close and offer a huge difference in quality of service.

The Norristown one has offered nothing but terrible service. Anytime I have a problem or want to get something checked out, they hand me a card and tell me to go somewhere else to have the problem dealt with. That dealership had also once told me that an OEM Focus CD player headunit wouldn't fit on my ZX3, because the harnesses needed some type of adapter from Tweeter. The guys at Tweeter looked at me like I was on crack. Then I spent an hour driving to a place that handles car stereos for Ford (H&R something). They hooked the headunit up like it was nothing, and they were shocked that the dealership couldn't do it themselves. I swear, the Norristown dealership guys wouldn't be able to find their own asses if their lives depended on it.

The Conshohocken dealership has been much, much better. John Kennedy Ford is what they're called, I think. They've also got their own body shop within spitting distance. Not once have I been handed a business card by them and was told to drive to another place for help. They've always been very helpful at getting everything done in a timely manner. Occasionally they'd even check the fluid levels or do something on the side to help me out, with no additional charge.

Right now I'm in the process of getting an SVT bumper painted and installed by their body shop, and many other body shops in my area have refused to help because they claimed it was an aftermarket bumper and that they've got more important work to do (even though my stock ZX3 bumper is cracked). So yeah, I've had nothing but great experience with these guys.

Okay, I guess Ray Viles Ford in Clinton was the best so far. It took almost a month for the new trans, but the only thing I have noticed is a cut in the shifter knob and a little too much gear oil (it's everywhere).

I love my dealership. They took care of me and my gf. Of course, I know about 90% of the employees there, mechanics included.

The Brookdale Ford dealership by me was pretty good. When I got my first (used) Focus they were kind of dumb-asses (that's probably why they worked in used car sales). But when I got my new Focus the salesperson was awsome and got me a good deal. This dealership also has a body shop within spitting distance and when I need service it's easy to set up an appointement and get it done.
