SVT w/ HID question

I am trying to find new lenses for the upper grill... right now they are the stock yellow lenses, but since those lights are not blinkers w/ the HID headlight, i want to clear them out (mainly b/c its legal) does anyone know where i can find the clear lenses for this car?

You would have to buy a new grille with the clear grille turn sig lenses.

You can find them on ebay for $60-130 depending on how many people are biding on them.

You could use a splicer and splice into your side/bumper signals so that they flash the same. You might need a long piece of wire to do that tho. You could also black them out using Night Shades Tint. Or you may even want to think about painting the lenses to mathc your car...that might look alright. You would have to figure out what to do with the light bulbs tho. Paint them black so they don't light up or something. Just suggestions.

I was thinkin, maybe its possible to get some sort of electronic switch that when your lights are off, your blinkers in the HID's work normally but when you turn your headlights on, this electronic switches to a normally closed relay that turns the blinkers on at all times, and shuts them off to blink. Does that make sense to everyone. I was thinking of designing something like that since im an EE at Purdue, but i dont really wanna ghetto up my car, but it should technically work.

Or you could do what I did to mine and pull the bulbs out and cover them with black vinyl so it hides the the lenses and makes them stealth.

Just a thought!
