Just bought a new 03 SVT 3dr. Have already installed Borla cat back, and AEM cold air kit. I am waiting on the off road pipe from CFM. I ordered some new drilled and slotted gold zinc treated rotors today from CA. Going to need more horse power though. Really am looking at a wet N20 kit from a dollar value bang for the buck. Seems like the majority of people would go with a supercharger system. Made some calls in regards to Jackson unit, overall not worth the money, Vortech however does seem to make very good power, but still is a little pricey$3700.00 Turbo would be the way to go if the price was a little more enticing. Toms kit is $5800.00 plus flywheel $350.00 plus clutch $500.00 plus labor $750.00
I have alot of experience with n2o from streetcar shootout days, but the computer was not involved. It was nothing to have 325 in 1st stage and 175-200 in 2nd stage, would just plug in retard chips into the 7AL3 and go. Never in three years had a backfire.
So my natural instincts tell me to go with the n20???
What are your thoughts??/
