If the connectors are the same go for it. You might have to create your own unique mounting method for the horn however. Go buy yourself a semi's horn. I heard they are nice and LOUD!

I caught a NOPI TV episode once where a guy had rigged a train's air-horn into his truck's air-bagged suspension compressor. He'd cruise the grounds raising/lowering the truck around and then blast the horn. EVERYONE would rubberneck to see what the hell it was.

I think he said people could hear it up to 8 miles away!

the larger train and semi horns require an air compressor since the horns work off air....you can buy kits that come with everything, just wire it in where your old horn was, but they are kinda $$ pricey $$ if you ask me.

Look on eBay and you will find some slightly cheaper ones.... for 65 bucks you can hit around 120 - 150 db, which should get your point across just fine w/o breaking your wallet.

Most of these horns just need you to snip the +/- wires off your old horns and reconnnect new horn & mount.

One of your horns must be dead. The SVTF has dual horns, one high note, one low note. Mine had the low note take a crap one time, and it sounded sissy.

The Hella Supertone horns are really loud.
