help I need a new catalylic converter

Hey I need a new catalytic converter, a new one from Ford is $700.00 dollars thats crazy. oes any one know where to get a after market one or something cheaper. PS I drive a 2002 SVT 3 door hatch. HELP

hahahaah $700 ahaha. You can get a high flow cat for 350 i believe or a orp for cheaper.

your best bet is buying the CFM High Flow Catalytic Coverter. It's currently in-stock, and it runs for $299. It's not cheap... but it'll give you a lil more horsepower. Go to and check it out. That's what I'm planning on getting... OR if you're not worried about state inspection you can buy a ORP (off road racing pipe, usually runs about $200 or you can check the "Marketplace" here and find one for cheap) and that eliminates the CAT giving you even more horsepower... so however you wanna do it, you've got your options!!
