CAT Converter issue

My Cat Converter on my SVT sounds like something is loose and when I go into six gear at 70 when the rpms are just right it makes a very low sounding hum. Then when I go 78 it stops and back up to 80 it starts again. There was a bracket on the cat converter that broke it got a bit better when fixed, but still there . Does any one else have this issue.

I had the same thing happen. The heat shields brake loose causing a rattle. Get the C-F-M High Flow Cat. The heat shields are welded to it plus the Cat performs alot better.

I had same problem...I just got took the screws out of the heat sheilds where it wore threw and used washers to prevent it from rattling! Did this for both header heat sheid (bottom two bolts) and cat heat sheild.
