Welcome to FF.
60mm t/b (throttle body) from one of the for-mentioned sites will fit on the spi motor. As for intakes, volant is one of the better ones but FS intake is pretty good.
As for headers it depends on which way you want to go. There are race headers that gets rid of the catylitic convetor, which will make your exhaust loud!! You could also go with the shorty headers and an off road pipe (ORP), with the ORP this gets rid of the cat also. You can find these at focus-central.com, or myfordperformance.com.
Now as for the exhaust systems, MBRP is the cheapest and also has a nice deep sound to it, but is not recommended if you have race headers. If you plan on haveing the race headers Focus Sport sells an exhaust that silences the exhaust a little more (known as the "Stealth" exhaust), but this exhaust will set you back some $400 big ones.
I hope that this helps you.

As many of you know, I'm a cheap-ass. Well maybe an innovator. You pick. I took an Escort GT header and after a little cut,weld,chop,test-fit, weld I had a 4-2-1- header for $50.

Tighter throttle response, more air flow, and most importantly alow you to install a aftermarket intake correctly.
