Red face atx help

Well I have an atx and am looking for ways to improve it all around. I'm especially looking for more aggressive shifts. Not really sure how to start, plus this forum has been pretty dead(i'm hoping to get some kind of dicussion started)

I didn't know that they made the SPI in 2004, i could be wrong though. Check out a FS/SCT from FocusSport it's about the best one out there. Plus you can get a Zetec Throttle Body and get a CAI like the Volant. Finish off your exhaust. Check out the search button at the top of this forum and search the SPI Forum for some more answers. I know that this topic has been talked about a hundred times before.

Here we go:
1) The ZETEC TB will not work on our cars...Period.

2) Get a second tranny cooler. Now you'll be able to run a little harder and not fry your tranny. I also run B&M Trick Shift, just for kicks. 65k miles and no worries yet.

3) SCT is the only way to go. I have tested chips for FS for the SPI from the Diablo years ago to the current SCT programs. The SCT kills the Diablo in every sense. Now there is the Raptor with datalogger if you have boost intentions. With the SCT you can get multiple programs from mild to nuts, any combination of EGR and 02 deletes, and security modes like Valet mode.

4) Air in, air out. Say it, live it. Get a CAI, with AEM bypass valve. If you get the Ebay Bomz CAI I will disown you. Get the FocusCentral race header, Tinmaddog flexpipe, and whatever cat-back of your choice. OK, now you have air in, air out.

4) If you want to go a little nutty (like me), Escortfocus.com carries a sweet cam setup for our cars. Black Diamond Racing carries an underdrive crank pully, adjustable cam gear, and will soon re-release the TB for the SPI. Next would be a full on port and polish. I did mine myself and love it. The SWAB= I like it, some people do not. What it does is prop open the secondary butterflies. They will be fully open all the time, instead of hitting 3k and then getting a pull. You'll lose some low end umph, but will gain it back and then some on the top end.

well, your brain is probably itching right now, so I'll let you digest this. Feel free to PM or ask ??'s anytime.

Get a second job, I'd do it myself just f or mods. I got a better paying job where i do twice as much work for a dollar more an hour just to start moding my car.
