clutch

I drive a white LX and my car has around 65K miles on it. The clutch died and it needs to be replaced. I have a friend that will do the work for me for free if I buy the parts. What do I need to buy and what would any of you reccomend as a replacement? I must say I'm quite clueless. After reading around in the forum it seems that clutchmaster would be a good way to go but I'm not sure where is the best place to go. Any input would be great appreciated.
Thanks.

Clutch

Yeah thats a good idea if your not looking to put big power down, but personally I would go with the stage 2 at least because it's Kevlar. Not to mention it's only a few bucks more for peace of mind.

Does anyone in these forums have the Spec Clutch installed in their SPI? the Stage 2 one, I was looking into buying a Stage 2 SPEC clutch, but I'm not really sure, I'm still leary about it.
