Angry Be Fore Warned about this dealership

So I took my wagon into the dealership today to cause the clutch is a little funny. After 2 hours they tell me the plug wires need to be changed, i was like no thats ok ill do that myself i have some wires on order. What about my clutch. they said they didnt look at that yet. i was like well that why i came here and 2 hours later you havent looked at it yet screw this i gotta get to work. so hten i had to wait another 30 mins to get me car out the he's like here your bill for 109$(cdn). I was like WTF is this for this is for 2 hours of labour and use of the computer. I was sooo mad and they didnt even look at my clutch. I just like to say that HIGHLAND FORD in Pictou CO. NOVA SCOTIA has shitty service , shitty customer representive and dont give a flying F*** about you unless your old and have lots of money and buy new cars from them every year.

..from what I'm told, it would be worse than them just getting fired, if you turn them into the Ford Customer Relations

That's nothing compared to my "dealer". I took the car in last Friday. I had a 7:00 AM appointment, and I got the car there at 6:30 so my ride could get me. While I was there, there was a service guy who came out and got the other keys from the drop box. He came back out and drove my car in. He said "Your car is first in line, they'll get to it first thing." So, at noon, I'm still waiting for a call for an estimate because a had about 5 things I wanted done. They said "Your car is next in line. Somebody will get to it soon." The same story I heard 5 hours ago. I asked why no one looked at it, all I got was silence. 2:30 rolls around, still no call. I call back, the guy says "There's only one guy who looks at transmissions and we have to schedule with him as we go through the day." I made the appointment 3 WEEKS AHEAD OF TIME. So, I wait a little longer. At 4:00, 9 hours after my appointment, I show up at the dealer. "Give me my car." Apparently they did look at it, but some of the parts needed to be ordered, some of the things they said were fine (no they aren't). Total cost to me: $0. And a waste of a Friday.

Moral of the story: STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM GORDIE BOUCHER FORD IN WEST BEND, WI!!!!

I have an appointment this Sat. at another dealer, who has the parts I need.
