i am not an all knowning expert so take this with a grain of salt..
(the all knowing experts will be along soon, lol)

From everything i have read, you are looking at a slight hp increase (i have not seen dyno tests but i think its like 5-8 hp, or something to that effecrt) and improved responce with the UDP. It will effect your ac, but not kill it. from what i understand the AC will not run as cold as it does stock. from everything i have read, this is a worthwhile mod.

to the best of my knowledge the ac is the only thing that there is a noticable effect in.

one more thought...
from what i have heard, the UDP is one of the more aggrevating installs (atleast from the posts i have seen about the zetec udp), so make sure you review a how-to before you attempt this.

Always review a how to before attempting ANYTHING!!

But the UDP is relatively simple. Now getting to the cam gear...thats a doozie!!

lol

i personally have not seen an SPI specific how-to. i am sure they are out there somewhere, but I dont know where.

check out www.myfordperformance.com i do not know if that is the cheapest price in town or not, but the owner Ray is a guy you can trust.

60 sounds like a good deal to me, assuming it is still in good condition.

if you decide not to buy it, tell your friend i would be interested.
