will a volant air intake fit on an spi?

I was just wondering if anyone can tell me if a volant air intake will fit on the spi engine? Any info i can get is great.

They don't fit a SPI TB (actually very few if any aftermarket intakes do), you will have to upgrade it to a 60MM FC TB for an SPI....

I ran a search... check it below...

ACTUALLY....
The volant WILL fit along with MOST other Zetec intakes. All you need is a different reducer for the throttle body. No need to rush out and buy a 60mm throttle body just to have an intake. The TB is a mod that you should wait to do IMHO. All the other intake parts....MAFS etc....are the same diameter as a zetec.

Well....maybe not the stock intake arm.

I was going to get a new tb anyway, so i figured i can get both at the same time. But thanks for your input. I'll try to get some pics of the install.

Yeah a reducer would work, actually I think I read that somewhere. Thanks for the update on that. I personally think that a TB and intake should go hand in hand (although I haven't gotten one yet ) but anyway.... thanks......

Whats up all. They say third time is a charm. I STILL HAVE THE NEW 60MM TB!! Geez I know theres a small market for it but Damn People can you make up your mind if you want it. LOL... ATTENTION ALL SPI OWNERS THAT THIRST FOR MORE SPEED! I am sellin an unused, brand new, never installed SPI T/B. PLEASE only serious offers please.
