Question intake

I was wondering about what to do when i install an intake system. I noticed there was wiring connected to the stock system. What do i do when i install a new intake system

you keep the MAF (the thing that the wires are connected to) and install it on the new intake.

Make sure you also unplug your battery to reset the ECU..... leave unplugged for about 15 minutes, although I have heard it resets after about 5.... or less.....
