Well, if it makes as much power as it claims then it isn't just a bolt on. You would have to change out parts and reflash your ecu and tons more crap. more of a hassle than its worth, unless you have that kinda money. But if you did then you wouldn't be driving and auto tranny or even a focus for that matter.

There are stock internalled (??) SPI's out there running 10 psi+ every day. You WILL need ARP head studs (an off-the-shelf-item), and a set of rod bolts (still looking). Go with a metal head gasket and you'll be sitting pretty well. I intend on running 7-8 psi for now with my automatic. Performance Automatic makes a sweet kit that is both for real and expensive. Ford Racing has a performance valve body, and MAC carries the torque converter. There's always a Level 10 or a Lentech.

You will max out at 200-210 hp before the motor goes blooie, but with intercooling, a 5th injector, porting and polishing, rod bolts and a few other little tweaks it's not unherd of to hit 400hp. It has been done.

But the parts are available for a turbo kit. It's not a kit you can buy at AutoZoo, but Ford parts are available to make a "kit". Ford EXP and Escort turbos are good donors, as are the Escort RS in England.

There is one "kit" out there from Geoff Knight of Knight turbos. It's crazy money though. I've even seen a "kit" on EvilBay lately.
