varying performance

Sometimes my stock SPI is very responsive otherties it isn't... what would make it change so quickly in one day, and what can I do to make it responsive all the time?

Our engines are of the female persuasion. Thus they suffer from PMS, mood swings, and general confusion.......

The hot 90 degree weather just slows mine down because it's a hott engine sucking in hot air while night time 70degree weather and colder of course will make a lot more horsepower. Because of colder air, cold air intakes work better then say short ram intakes!!! [am i right???] Of course i got the Steeda Short ram high flow intake and the air it sucks in is mainly under hood temps rather than outside air because the filter is behind the battery in place of the stock air box. Thats my guess for your focus having mood swings because mine does it as well!!!!!!!!!

It could be cool, it could be hot.. rain, shine... it don't matter... On the same day with same conditions it varies... Very much like a woman... but hey... like women... you take the problems with ALL THE GOOD! Can I hear an amen??
