Question Tranny Fluid

I was wondering if my local auto part store would carry decent tranny fluid. I searched but didnt find any exacts. I have a manual and I will soon reach 70,000 miles. Is there any particular fluid that works just as well as the ford suggested fluid?

Thanks, Peter

If its an MTX75, you need Motorcraft XT-M5-QS.

Do I get the motorcraft from the ford dealer, or do other stores have it as well? How much does it run for?

Thanks
