track times...

Ok guys, my times arent very impressive, but it was my first time at the track all together...so be easy on me.

1st run:

R/T: .988
60': 2.416
330: 6.677
1/8: 10.113
MPH: 70.89

Best Run:

R/T: .759
60': 2.310
330: ?
1/8: 9.931
MPH: 72.54

I ran a civic EK, and i stomped it, but he was all stock..and then i ran a 2006 focus, stomped it, and then I ran a EG Hatch w/ a GSR motor and a little work done to it, and i ran a 10.163 and he ran a 9.614. I hung in there though.

Next time though, I hope to be consistant with my times, and hopefully Hold firm to anywhere btw a 9.7-10.0. I believe the car has it in it to run a 9.7, i just dont know how to drive it yet =P

Your 60's could use some work, make sure to not go all balls out the split second the light changes. Feathering is your friend.

Feathering isnt my friend on a stock clutch is it? :-( and it was running pro tree that night, plus, Ive never been to the track in any car ever..how is the 1/8 time? can the svt's break lower? and my best reaction time I have was like a .193 i believe...I think if i had 15's w/ slicks i would hit like a 9.5 and then the dealership on monday for a new clutch...
