If anyone has any contact with Nick, please let me know!! I purchased some HID headlights from over a week ago and now he is ignoring my PM's, email's, and instant messages......
Can anyone help me out??? I have opened a paypal claim against him....but I just want my lights!!!!

so you purchased lights from him a week ago? how many days? did he confirm payment received...did he say anything about shipping? more info man...
also...did you get his phone number or addy?

I have his addy, but no phone
I purchased the lights from him on 9-17. He shipped them on 9-20. Said he used FedEx but did not get a tracking number. He confirmed payment and said they were on their way. I should have had them Friday (9-29) latest........ |

Two weeks to go from Florida to Wisconsin? That's too long. I get most of my packages by media mail faster than that. Something is wrong. If it were shipped, the package is either lost or waiting at some facility because of an error, possibly with the address. Only a tracking number would confirm it though.

We are a shipper here at work and i can tell you that for some reason, when we ship to the northern states, it takes longer, sometimes alot longer on bigger packages.

i guarentee the answer is fedex ineptitude. if you don't pay a ton extra for overnight shipping, fedex will leave it sit in a crate at a loading dock til the last minute regardless of space and truck routes. they are obstinate as
 about it too

I got an email through paypal today they he finally decided to ship them out.....low and behold he sends me a UPS tracking number........figure that one out!
