My guy honestly doesn't charge what he should either. I should have paid about 50% more than what I have, considering his talent.

Nice. Good deal for you then. I assume for people getting a huge piece done and spending several hours with the same person you get a little bit of a deal.

People who pop in unannounced and have no previous stuff from that person get charged in full.
