Okay, for the entire life of the car I have really neglected the cleanliness of the car. I mean, one summer I washed it like once a week but those days are long gone. Point is, I am going to try and detail the car. Does anybody have any suggestions for cleaning ANY part of the car as far as products, techniques etc. I am going to try and clean the interior and engine bay and such. I won't spend too much time on the exterior seeing as it is winter but I am going to have some time on my hands after Christmas because I just graduated and am applying for jobs (no luck yet T.T).

*I am not taking it anywhere to get cleaned, I'd honestly rather buy a steam vac myself and whatever I need and just use it now and in the future.

Anyone know a good body shop to take a car for repairs in southeastern Michigan? My car unfortunately got hit again not two hours after I got her back the last time and I don't want to make another insurance claim.



I didn't like what the insurance company tried to pull with the refurbished cover and the fake parts, the car was less than 6 months and about 5000 miles old at the time. The first shop also botched the work with poor paint work and fit and finish issues.

I need to get two or three quotes since the car was damaged on the way to helping my deceased grandfather clean out his old apartment after work.

On my interior I use Mothers VLR. No greasy residue and really cleans well. I've also heard of somethin called aerospace 303 (I think that's what it's called) that's supposed to be amazing. Spray it everywhere in the engine bay and drive. Reapply if needed. I'm gonna try that one in the spring. Talk with lyonsroar on here..he's a detail freak

Fix your problem, then do suspension.

You might have a tweaked rear subframe or bushings blown out or just bent pieces. Take it to another shop, not your monkeys
