Air bubbles should come out on their own I thought. The expansion tank is there to let them out... hmm... you sure is air bubble?

Thought so to. But coolant into circulating. Heat works but overflow tank coolant isn't being used. Housing and tstat are new.

Got home and found that the water be gone....put some more in to see where it would come out...did check oil pan first just in case it leaked in to the inards. It is leaking from the t-stat housing area for sure. Not sure yet if o-ring or housing. I have the O-ring but I think I will ring up Toulsey for the upgrade.

Just ordered the Contour housing from Toulsey....that will get rid of the bottom o-ring issue for sure.
