No.
its false because dyno settings could've changed, air temperatures/density for sure changed etc.
unless you did back to back tunes. i.e. pull onto dyno get reading. take outside street tune and pull right back onto dyno then its an invalid argument.

I could go dyno my car today with 40* temps, a fresh oil change and then dyno it again around june/july with 90* temps and easily get a 20-25hp difference on the same dyno.

I'm saying unless you are tuning on the dyno or have some other quantifable data like difference in quarter mile or lap times etc (which still isnt very good data)
then you dont know it actually picked up that sort of power.

dyno's are supposed to be a tuning tool not an e-penor bragging tool.

Less abrupt braking, smoother steering/throttle inputs, no getting lost on course.

They need to make a controlled environment dyno/wind tunnel.

Air temp is always 60*, true wind speed, etc. would make dynos a true numbers game vs penor competition.
