No ford discount, got rid of that a long time ago. They replaced it with owners advantage program. If u come in ask for Scott. I'm a service advisor there.

An off the shelf tune is WAY better than a a tom tune. I heard nothing but bad things about him from around here.

And the tune is basically just drive ability for an svtf that is n/a. Fixes all of the shit ford was lazy about. Aka all a. Issues the kid is talking about and some more

Does this Tom guy come to you or, is he an email tuner? You cant tune a car via email, you need to be in the car to know whats going on and, how it is responding to the changes.

Tom tunes from datalogs. But he is impossible to get a hold of half the time.

Randy at fswerks did mine. He sent me a base tune. Is like to have it fine tuned, but it peob won't do much for svt. Its pretty maxed out. The car bogged on take offs, and shuddered between 2k-3300 ish really bad in all gears. Dunno what Ford was thinking. Tune changed all that. Felt like a new car
