You can technically compare anything to anything? They are both focus's and the 2.3 feels WAY better than the 2.0, especially with the light weight flywheel Scott has in there.
I'm saying that he's comparing a zetec motor to a duratec. Of course the newer more up to date at the time is gonna be better.

probably because the average sized male upsets the crossweight balance by a good 40%. stick some counter ballast in the passenger seat and report back.

except extra weight may make it impossible to hit 100

TBH I really don't know why it even matters. Yeah obviously 2.3 liter engine is most likely going to be better than 2.0L. Who cares?
I feel like this comes up way too often, just drive what you enjoy driving.

Not a bad option, however those are expensive as balls and restrict air flow and screw with your sensors a bit.

Also, its official, i will in fact buy an exhaust before spring, cat-back not too loud but still sounds good....(brad your vimeo video and some other pictures i was looking at yesterday made me break in to modding the subaru...can make it much smexier)

Also, my engine bay is rough, recommendations for engine bay pretty stuff let me know :)
