Also, when I do e30 swap this is a brilliant use for the pointless MPG gauge! guys make a controller to turn it into a boost gauge.

I don't understand why your saying you can't compare 2 different motors.
You can technically compare anything to anything? They are both focus's and the 2.3 feels WAY better than the 2.0, especially with the light weight flywheel Scott has in there.

Also with a little assistance and some motivational tools Clayton and I got the old dp off and the new full TBE installed on the Jetta. Quiet at cruising still, sounds real good (after only 20 miles on it lol). Unfortunately I'm almost certain now that my exhaust leak is in the manifold.. Still sounds kinda poopsy in the engine bay area.
