If you put down 10k and it was 4%, then you paid $250k for your house, I don't think so. I've been to it...

Meh RACECAR!!! Also I should be not poor next year. Spent a lot of money on a lot of silly things this year.. Not all of which were car related.

I don't mind roommates. It's nice not being alone in the house all the damn time imo.

I dont understand the confusion? when you're seriously dating someone who does marriage not come up at least occasionally? not talking about smash and dash, talking about serious committed relationship.


Basically she is looking at houses. she wants a house, wants my opinion. If/When we get married I'd move in, her buying a house doesn't affect our relationship in that sense...

its not really different than if I was buying another car, I'd want her opinion.


there are 2 seperate things going on here:

thing 1: Courtney wants to buy a house, she has the money she's wanted one for a while. she doesn't have a Dad, her Mom is sort of Spacey, so her brother and I are helping her look for/figure out houses.

thing 2: This girl is different than any other I've ever met, I love her and I could seriously see myself marrying her someday. this does not mean next week/next month whatever.
this means my overanalyzing brain has already rushed ahead 6 months and has considered the option of taking an extended vacation to propose to her in the mountains of TN/GA on the way to SOWO because thats a place we both love and its where we went on our first trip/started hanging out together 2 years ago.

^ I want it with the 2.3T, 320hp engine that's rumored. I'm glad they are going to go forward, and stop the throwback, it's been 10 years of that.

And I'm getting serious with my gf because she's cool as shiz. Loves wakeboarding, mountain biking, snowboarding. Works hard, is chill and cool, and is hot. Plus she makes me laugh every 30 seconds.
