Ted you'll be house poor for a while. You'll need to buy shit plus want to do projects and shit to change it and make it your own. But its a nice feeling. Scott you have no idea how much more owning a house really costs then renting. But its nice to have a place that's yours forever

Thats what I'm figuring on too.

mostly mod money for the house will be my reason for being broke. although most of the houses Courtney and I find that we like are less per month than I pay for my BMW+Insurance.

at least just the mortage....for a 15yr mortage.

Yeah, is truth. Lots of projects to handle in the first 1-2 years, not much needed to move in tho. paint, carpeting, tile, lighting stuff, faucets and new kitchen sink. just gotta buy moar tv's and furniture

werd, house payment around $550-ish is less than our apartment was...but canton taxes suck the big one
