I found that euro plate Jordan, you can have it if you still want it. It's completely covered in stickers, you could prolly pick em off and paint it comp orange or something.

the stock recaros are heavy and worth about as much as 2 extremely well worn race buckets.

the machs are a bit pricey to replace if he should happen to do a track day and a rock gets kicked up or he hits a tree or something.

plus they are a decent amount heavier than non HID headlights. so I can see selling/trading those for stock + cash to use on other track worthy parts if he's really mainly interested in tracking the car.
