Not saying you won't get hp gains from a cai....just his methodology is flawed. Dyno results vary from one car to the next, and at different temperatures and altitudes. Why didn't he do a before and after Dyno?

Yeah, and I have a cai on my car now and I'm really thinking I might buy a bypass valve.

Gotta say too that I haven't noticed any difference with the cai other than sound. My auto is still slow as hell. Though I mostly did it because I hate having an air filter I can't service.

just got rid of that filter today , i tore into it to check it out and it was super nasty , i mean dirt almost all the way through it , and the first filter element was caked with dirt . i have a filter on it but its inlet is far too large and is not going to work forever

All right people.

Focus is going to the scrap yard tomorrow.

I got free stuff for anyone that wants to come swap out their stock parts today.

Old hazed up Ebay hella headlights
SVT pedals
St170 grill
Roush shift knob
Full svt suspension with less than 10k miles.
SVT intake and snorkel.
SVT rear sway

Come to my house and do all the work getting out what you want
and putting your stock parts back into my car and you can have what you want for free.

Although honestly given how rusted out my undercarriage is, you probably don't want to mess with the suspension.

I'd rather you guys have the parts than the scrap yard. I'd pull this crap myself but I doubt they'll come get a car that looks like it was picked clean.

Today only. Car is sold tomorrow and will be gone.

They'll take any car they can get. I scrapped an Eagle Talon that was about 85% picked. I think I got $95, this was like 5+ years ago though.
