As far as I know, nothing. It came with the EA package and the previous owner threw different rims on it. I was looking into a CAI, but have decided against it. Also looking into throwing an ORP onto it.

If I were you, I'd do K&N or other drop in, get the ORP, and get a tune. Anything else is kinda moot point on that engine.

That depends partly on how bad yours surges / bogs. if it's not bad at all, then the $400 could be better spent on TB, SRI, and wideband MAF Sensor before the tune. You'd see better returns from the tune, then. You can go any route you like when you use Tom's tune though, since he issues free updates when you change parts on your car as long as it stays NA.
And since I hate to assume things - no CEL atm, right?

I have Tom's on stock SVTf and it didnt help power much, but it definitely smoothed out the surging and reduced bogging on takeoff.
